DeGem Berhad ("DeGem") was incorporated in Malaysia on 3 January 1997 as a private limited company and was converted into a public limited company on 7 March 1997.

DeGem Group's core businesses are in manufacturing, retailing and design & distribution of fine jewellery. DeGem has, over the past two decades built its reputation on integrity, excellent craftsmanship, professional service and setting new quality standard in the jewellery industry.
